By partnering with local businesses and community organizations, we develop innovative and sustainable solutions to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness. Our goal is to empower individuals to regain their independence and thrive in their communities.
While Next Chapter strives to serve every newly housed individual in our region, our capacity is limited. To maximize our impact, we partner with these local nonprofit organizations that provide services to people experiencing homelessness, including housing support. These partner agencies coordinate shopping appointments with Next Chapter on behalf of their clients.
